Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, called managers of security leaders and managers of the administrative units to not submit to extortion, demanding them to report the cases of pressure exercised by some against them and to protect the service system from political disagreements.\r\n
This took place during his eminence presiding the National Iraqi Alliance delegation meeting with chairmen of districts and sub-districts in the province of Diwaniyah Monday 20/3/2017.\r\n
His Eminence pointed out that an authorized employee should leave a good mark in his work no matter how difficult it is, calling for coordination between the directorates in order to combine potentials and solve some of the problems with the presence of the crisis, as well as accustoming people to pay some fees in return to provide some tangible services.\r\n
His eminence urged the importance of establishing advanced highways through investment as practiced in the countries of the world, citing projects in the United States, Iran and several other countries through investment and taxation, especially that he does not expect a rise in oil prices in the near future. His eminence emphasized on providing a clean life for citizens through the spreading the ethos of citizen participation in supporting projects in exchange for real services.\r\n
The head of the National Iraqi Alliance pointed out to the importance of good application of powers granted to the provinces to achieve the victory of decentralization in them, and urged excluding administrative staffs from political disagreements, noting that \"the authorized employee in a service position is responsible of all people, and we hear there are pressure by the political powers, some of them violate the law, we in the National Iraqi Alliance reject this pressure and that the service departments should properly carryout work away from pressure, stressing the need to notify the National Iraqi Alliance of such cases in order to stop and prevent them so that the occupational duties can be carried out correctly.\r\n
The delegation of the National Iraqi Alliance headed by Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim arrived to the province of Diwaniyah and met with members of the local government to review concerns of the province and follow-up with the executive bodies, the delegation visited the Al-Muthanna province earlier and also met with the local government and discussed several cases including service, security and politics, and promised to relay the problems of the province and its needs to the executive government to find solutions and provide the possible needs.
