Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives former minister of defense Mr. Khalid al-Obeidi
Head of the National Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, at his office in Baghdad received former Minister of Defense Mr. Khalid al-Obeidi Thursday 23/3/2017.
\r\nHis eminence with al-Obeidi discussed the victories achieved by the security forces including the Iraqi army and federal police and the popular mobilization forces against terrorist Daesh, stressing the importance of the concerted efforts of all to save Iraq from its current crises.
\r\nHis eminence pointed out that the responsibility of saving Iraq from its security and political crises is not the responsibility of the government alone, but rather the responsibility of all political, social, tribal and civil society organizations, pointing out the importance of benefiting from past experiences and not allowing convulsive practices and speeches that contributed into the growth and infiltration of Daesh in multiple locations.
