In a time that is the most confused in the history of the Arab nation, Iraq is taking part in the Arab Summit held in Jordan in a strong and efficient manner, restoring its influential and effective role in mapping the future of joint Arab action, as it is closer to defeat terrorism that is represented in terrorist Daesh, and undoubtedly Iraq is historically known of its capability to take important roles with its brothers In the face of the major challenges represented in Daesh terrorism, weak economic development, the brawl over international and regional interests, and the Zionist occupation of the dear land of Palestine, as well as the fragmentation of the internal front and internal disputes, in addition to the societal and intellectual challenges.

We look forward to Arab presidents and leaders to make bold and important decisions that meet the ambitions of the Arab peoples and deal with the core of the problems we responsibly face so that we can move forward and we can guarantee the safety of the future.

The Arab summits should not turn into ceremonial rituals or protocol meetings, the outcome of which ends with the conclusion of sessions closing. What we hope is a dynamic and active framework to address common problems and concerns and an institution that innovate joint Arab action.
