Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stresses on doing justice to Feyli Kurds and compensate them for the tragedies they suffered
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad met President of the General Conference of the Feyli Kurds Sheikh Mohammed Al-Numani and the accompanying delegation Saturday, 8/4/2017.
\r\nHis eminence with Numani discussed the security situation and the developments of the political situation, as well as the post-Daesh phase, his eminence emphasized on the role of the Feyli Kurds in the political operation and within the National Iraqi Alliance, indicating that the Feyli Kurds had suffered a lot because they are Kurds and because they are the followers of the Prophet Mohamad Family, plus being among the Iraqi community component that opposed dictatorship, his eminence emphasized on doing justice to the Feyli Kurds and give compensation for the tragedies they had suffered, pointing out that establishing the rights of oppressed and disadvantaged Iraqi community components is a priority to the National Iraqi Alliance.
\r\nPresident of the General Conference of the Feyli Kurds, in a press conference held after the meeting, indicated that \"The National Iraqi Alliance under the leadership of Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim was able to become an institution and played a leading role in a short time” , pointing that \"the meeting with Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim was good and fruitful, discussions covered the necessity of presenting Feyli Kurds, whom suffered a lot of tragedies in the past, we gave an image of this component and its elites who can be effective in the National Iraqi Alliance, and his eminence was supportive and concerned of the Feyli Kurds, and we discussed the presence of the Feyli Kurds within the committees of the National Iraqi Alliance. \"
