Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives the leaders and members of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Change parliament blocs
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad received the leaders and members of the two blocs, Change and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Saturday 8/7/2017.
\r\nHis eminence with the two blocs discussed developments of security and political situation in Iraq and the region, and the war on terrorist Daesh and conclude the final chapters of military page, noting that the unity of the Iraqi people was a lesson for everyone and the most important element of victory, calling for constructing basing on unity of Iraqis in the face of terrorism to the post-Daesh, stressed that the next battle is a security intelligence battle.
\r\nRegarding the referendum of the Kurdistan region, his eminence indicated that rights and interests are not realized through division, and that dialogue can solve problems if based on basics and terms of dialogue and the principle of waiver seeking a solution, calling to read the events occurring in the region and the world and how countries are united and allied to face the threat of terrorism, which affects everyone, his eminence indicated that issues between Baghdad and Erbil are solvable in accordance to the equation of rights and duties.
