The Supreme Authority for Women Empowerment of Shahid Al-Mihrab Movement held its first meeting under the chairmanship of head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
\r\nThe conferees read the draft rules of procedure of the Supreme Authority for Women Empowerment and the implementation plan and the formation of committees to empower women in the gover norates.
\r\nHis eminence stressed the importance of active presence of women, empower them and give them confidence to express themselves, called on women to take the initiative and take roles, pointed out that women are the entire society, giving birth to half of society and raise the other half.
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed the importance of women in the movement activities, cited many examples from the movement leadership, stressed constructing based on the experiences of empowering women in developing these models through the supreme authority in the movement, His eminence called to follow the great character, Sayyida Zainab (peace be upon her) and Al- Zahra in terms of roles in defending Islam and showing injustice of the members of prophet Mohammad house and their usurped rights.
