Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives Russian Ambassador to Baghdad Mr. Maxime Maximov
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad received the Russian Ambassador to Baghdad Mr. Maxim Maximov Wednesday 18/7/2017
\r\nHis eminence with Mr. Maximov discussed the bilateral relations between Baghdad and Moscow and means of cooperation in the fight against terrorism, stressed that the liberation of Mosul is for the security and interest of all, especially the countries that have suffered from terrorism.
\r\nHis eminence pointed out that Iraq has overcome drastic stages in the face of terrorism and today Iraq is stronger than ever before, and on course to rearrange internal situation. His eminence called on the countries of the world to support the stability of Iraq because the stability of Iraq reflects on the regional and international security.
\r\nMr. Maximov congratulated his eminence on the victory of Mosul and the defeat of terrorism, adding that his country supports Iraq in all political, economic, military and security aspects.
