\r\nHis eminence pointed out that the year 2017 is completely different from 2003, so it is necessary to prepare plans and programs that commensurate with the challenges of the phase, described the next phase in a phase for solidifying democracy and it is necessary to leave the narrow titles to more wider titles, the first of these titles is Iraq and its unity and interacting basing on the principle of citizenship. His eminence urged the international community to shoulder its responsibilities towards Iraq as it defended the world and international security when confronted the terrorist groups of Daesh.
