Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim with Al-Hikma National Movement bloc discusses service provision to the Iraqi people using available capacity
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, leader of the Al-Hikma National Movement, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim with the ministerial bloc of the movement discussed ways to provide services to citizens using available capacity and implementating planned programs Tuesday 1/8/2017.
\r\nHis eminence stressed the need of integration among work of ministries to solve problems and find solutions to delayed projects that suffer from funding because of financial austerity, called for developing alternatives sources of funding and not wait the government to solve this issue, plus continue support for security institutions and popular mobilization forces.
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed that the post-Daesh and confrontational phase requires developmental and economic solutions that are immediate and strategic, plus political solutions. These solutions are to be found by the state institutions, ministries, government and all political and social actors.
