Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim urges Iraqi tribes to contribute to providing a safe environment for investors to revive the economic situation in provinces’ cities
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in a meeting with a group of Diwaniya Province tribal sheikhs Monday 11/9/2017 urged Iraqi tribes to make a charter of honor to protect companies and contribute to encourage investment in the provinces because of its important economic yield and to provide services in provinces of Iraq, affirmed that the people of Diwaniya made great sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and responding the fatwa of the religious authority in the war against Daesh, indicated that the Diwaniya governorate is one of the poorest governorates and lacking services observed during the visit of the National Iraqi Alliance delegation that works with the relevant government departments to promote the status of this province.
\r\nHis eminence stressed that accomplishment should for the sake of Iraq and to seek the success of ministerial and government projects with avoiding sectarian and ethnical blocs, pointed out that the biggest problems facing the ministries are the inconsistent decisions due to quotas, stressed the importance of the non-sectarian project to avoid this problem in the future.
\r\nRegarding relations between Baghdad and Erbil, his eminence stressed the importance of defusing the crisis in a calm manner while preserving the unity of Iraq, pointed out the importance of the political project that is reassuring all components to invest the victory achieved over the Daesh. The tribes also are required to nominate the most decent and honest of its sons for the upcoming elections. The stability of security is linked to the success of investment, the recovery of economy and the provision of services and this can be accomplished through a tribal code of honor to protect investors and through a reassuring political project, achieving stability in the country and contribute to the stabilization of security and achieved victories.
