Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad received Secretary General of the Badr Organization, Mr. Hadi al-Amiri Monday 11/9/2017.

His eminence discussed with Al-Amiri the remaining confrontations with the terrorist Daesh in Kirkuk and the cities of the Upper Euphrates in Anbar, called upholding military victories and take advantage of Daesh collapse after being defeated in Mosul.

\r\n

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim pointed out to the imminent security challenges after the collapse of Daesh in terms of military operations, warned Daesh will reutilize its old methods through targeting innocent people, stressed on unity to face security challenges as it was used and produced the military victory, and added “but military victory alone is not enough and needs political and economic victories”.

His eminence affirmed that Daesh had lost its bastions and became exposed and it is necessary to maintain this achievement and keep terrorism exposed in order to facilitate its capture, stressed on providing the support from intelligence department for security services, including the popular mobilization forces plus care provision to the families of the martyrs and the wounded until they are fully recovered.
