    The Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq has formally appointed a new spokesman

    In its statement on Monday 14th of November 2011, the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq decided formally to name the Sheikh Hameed Imala al-Saedi as a new spokesman.
    The Sheikh will formally speak on behalf of the Supreme Council.

    The statement called on the officials, media outlets and the civil society institutions to deal seriously with this announcement in order to arrange interviews and other related matters along with its content.

    In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Beneficent

               

    As of the official attitudes’ importance of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq in terms of various issues that are taking place in the local and international spaces, along with the fundamentalist contexts by the political institutions, also according to the regulations of the Supreme Council Procedure Rules, which says that the Supreme Council must deliver its official attitudes and statements through the President of the Supreme Council or an official spokesman.

    For the topics mentioned previously, the calls center and the central shurra of the Supreme Council decided on 13th of November 2011 (16th of Dhu al-Hijja 1432) to name the Sheikh Hameed Imala al-Saedi as the formal spokesman for the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq.

    The formal expression of the Supreme Council will be headed specifically by the Supreme Council head and its formal spokesman; however, all the other statements will be characterized saved and assured.
