    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Announces the Death of the Supreme Council’s Head of Organizations in a Regrettable Car Accident


    The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, issued a statement where he announced to Iraqis the death of the former member of Iraqi parliament and head of organizations in the Supreme Council, Mr. Nabil Al Baldawi, on the morning of Thursday, April 10, 2014 in a tragic car accident.
    His eminence described the deceased as being an example of perseverance, loyalty and seriousness in work; he deployed tremendous efforts to build the Supreme Council’s organizations since three years up until the moment of his death. His eminence called to consider this sacrifice as an occasion to put more effort and determination into the Martyr of the Niche’s national project and to effectively participate in the coming elections, to triumph for his pure blood and achieve his project of building a modern and fair State.
     
    Below the text of the statement:
     
    In the name of Allah the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
     
    “O, you serene soul! Come back to your Lord well-pleased (with Him) and well-pleasing (Him), So enter among My servants, And enter into My Garden."
    God Almighty has spoken the truth
    With great sorrow, sadness and feeling of loss, we announce to all Iraqis, to the Supreme Council’s organizations and members of the Martyr of the Niche movement, the death of of the former member of Iraqi parliament and head of organizations in the Supreme Council, Mr. Nabil Al Baldawi, this morning in a tragic car accident.
    The dear deceased was an example of perseverance, loyalty and seriousness in work in all circumstances; he deployed tremendous and persistent efforts to build the Supreme Council’s organizations since three years up until the moment of his death, when he was performing his great responsibility of following up on the organizations’ work in preparation for the coming elections.
    Our loss is big as he was a good brother and sincere friend. Our sorrow for losing him is huge, as he lost his life on his way to organize elections-related events in the provinces. While I declare to you the death of this loyal and great leader, I hope that our bold organizations follow his lead and that this sacrifice becomes an occasion to put more effort and determination into the Martyr of the Niche’s national project and to effectively participate in the coming elections, to triumph for his pure blood and achieve his project of building a modern and fair State.
    We pray that Allah the Almighty have mercy on him and grant his parent, family, sons and daughters members of the Supreme Council’s organizations patience and comfort.
    We belong to Allah and to Him shall we return.
