    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Extends his Condolences to the President of Turkey and its Prime Minister for the Explosion of the Coal Mine in their Country


    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, has extended his sincerest condolences to the Muslim Turkish people for the accident of the explosion of a coal mine in Manisa, expressing deep sorrow and grief for the victims claimed by the accident.
    This came in the telegram of condolence sent by his Eminence to each of the President of Turkey, Mr. Abdullah Gul and the Prime Minister, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday, May 17, 2014.

    Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you 
    With more grief, we have received the sad news of the accident of the explosion of a mine in Manisa, and we have followed with big interest the news released from there, feeling extremely sad for the victims claimed by the accident.
    And while we extend our condolences to you and to the brother Turkish people for this painful event, we ask Allah the Almighty to help you overcome this disaster, bestow his mercy and forgiveness on the victims and give you and their families comfort and patience.
    He is indeed the All-hearer of invocation.
