Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Sends a Cable of Condolences to his Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mahmoud Hashemi (May Allah protect him) for the Death of his Mother
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, sent on Sunday, September 28, 2014, a cable of condolences to his Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mahmoud Hashemi (May Allah protect him) for the death of his mother, in which he expressed his deep sorrow and grief for the news of the death of his forgiven mother, and extended his sincerest condolences, asking Allah the Almighty to have mercy on her soul and grant her the highest levels of his paradise. His Eminence also prayed that Sayyid Hashemi (May Allah protect him) and his honorable family be given patience and all the good in this life and in the hereafter.

His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mahmoud Hashemi (May Allah protect him)
Peace, Mercy and Blessings of Allah be upon you
We have received with deep sorrow and grief the news of the death of your honorable forgiven mother. And as we express our compassion with your loss, we extend our sincerest condolences, asking Allah the Almighty to have mercy on her soul and grant her the highest levels of his paradise with the prophets and the steadfast affirmers of truth, and excellent are those as companions, and to give you and your honorable family patience and all the good in this life and in the hereafter.
Indeed we belong to Allah, and to Him we will return.
