Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, extended his heartiest congratulations and sincerest brotherly feelings on the 54th anniversary of Kuwait’s National Day, affirming his aspiration for stronger bilateral cooperation relations between both countries and the common interest in shaping better future for both Iraqi and Kuwaiti peoples.
This came in a cable sent by his Eminence to his Highness, Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, crown prince of the sister State of Kuwait…
His Eminence expressed the interest in maintaining the coordination and cooperation relations between Iraq and Kuwait in all areas, so as to achieve the regional and international stability and to contribute to the growth of both countries and the prosperity of the two brother peoples.
