Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim sends his condolence to Imam Khamenei for the death of secretary general of Imam Riza Shrine 

Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim sent his condolence to the leader of the Islamic revolution Imam Khamenei (long live) and the Iranian people and the family of the late Ayatollah Abbas Vaez Tabasi secretary general of Imam Riza Shrine on Friday 4, March 2016 

His eminence confirmed that the Islamic revolution had lost one of its devoted men who had accompanied and contributed to the renaissance of the Iranian people and their fight for freedom, indicating that the late had been exposed to detention in more than one occasion over his opposition and speeches against the shah of Iran regime, and after the victory of the Islamic revolution, the deceased Imam Khomeini (sanctify his soul) assigned Ayatollah Abbas as his representative in khorasan province and gave him the seal of the sacred Imam Riza Shrine, the late Ayatollah Abbas presented his magnificent services during his generous life that he spent in studying , teaching and fighting for right, we ask almighty Allah to grant the deceased mercy and paradise.

With great sorrow and with submission to God’s predestination, we received the news of secretary general of Imam Riza Shrine Ayatollah Abbas Vaez Tabasi ascending to heaven under the mercy of almighty Allah, during this harmful time we want to forward our deepest condolences the leader of the Islamic revolution Imam Khamenei (long live) and the Iranian people and the family if the great Ayatollah Abbas.
