Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim congratulates Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi for being selected as Chairman of Expediency Discernment Council
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, congratulated his excellency Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi, who was selected by Imam Sayyid Khamenei (long live) as Chairman of the Expediency Discernment Council. His eminence hoped all the best for Sayyid Shahroudi and that Sayyid Shahroudi will be successful in meeting the aspirations of the Iranian people in terms of development and prosperity and to be able to consolidate the Islamic Republic of Iran position and its pivotal role in the region and the world.
