    Al-Hakeem emphasizes the necessity to monitor citizens' concerns to reach the officials ASAP

      On Thursday 1st of March 2012, Sayeed Amar al-Hakeem, the heads the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq met large crowds of “Hope Knights” in Basra
    Al-Hakeem called on the HKs to take to keep in direct touch and monitor citizens' concerns in order to deliver it as soon as possible to the authorities, so that it can be resolved.
    His Eminence emphasized the necessity of the “Hope Knights” groups to be among the people to present their concerns and support the local governments in achieving the aspirations of the citizens in the province of Basra.
    Sayeed al-Hakeem stressed the need to achieve a maximum response to the aspirations of citizens to serve them as well as strengthening the bonds of relationship among all segments of Iraqi society
