Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his speech at the Quarterly Conference of National Relations in the Al-Hikma National Movement Saturday, 23/12/2017 at his office in Baghdad, stressed the need to open up and build good relations with any person in the country and from urged on openness to all political powers and social institutions, tribal and student gatherings and other sides, stressed the importance of field work to know aspirations of citizens and to seek service provision for them.

His eminence emphasized on openness and building relations with all society segments and components of various orientations and ideologies, field work is one of the factors that build these relations and strengthen communication with people.

His eminence urged the participants to communicate with the mandatary of the religious authority and to take advice and observations, as well as the need to communicate with elders and tribe leaders to identify the needs of the people and their concerns in addition to communicate with all members of the community directly, stressed the importance of serving everyone and seeking to provide runners able to serve citizens in the next phase.
