As we move ahead from the victory over Daesh terrorism towards building a state of institutions that serve its people through a political process based on people’s participation in the elections which we are approaching its due date within a few months. And we approach the donor conference in Kuwait to attract support and investments to build and reconstruct liberated cities and cities of liberators, terrorism rear its ugly head trying to impede the will of the people, targeting innocent civilians in Kadhimiya yesterday and in the heart of Baghdad Tayaran Square today .. We express our resentment and condemnation of these terrible crimes, and urge security agencies to review their plans and initiate organized extensive work to pounce, break and eliminated hotbeds of terrorism, to maintain the security and safety of citizens, to spend our people in building their future.
