Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives the Speaker of the Council of Representatives to discuss commitment to the constitutional timing of the elections
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, at his office in Baghdad received Speaker of the Council of Representatives Mr. Salim Al-Jabouri Friday 19/1/2018
His eminence with Jabouri discussed commitment to constitutional timing of the parliamentary elections, stressed the importance of restituting the right to the Iraqi voter in order to elect who he sees fit for the next phase.
His eminence called for overcoming the obstacles facing the resettlement of displaced families to their cities, urged the federal government and local governments and all parties to work on solving this humanitarian issue. His eminence stressed on the necessity of concluding the law of parliamentary elections or vote on the previous law, runners should compete on the basis of real programs capable of serving the people.
