His eminence with Sayyid Moqtada al-Sadr discussed the groundworks for the upcoming elections and the requirements of the next phase, both sides agreed on the need to hold elections with high transparency and contest according to service programs, and also agreed on the importance of focusing on building the state in the next phase, and stressed the importance of building a strong state that serves citizens without discrimination.
