Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim praises uniqueness of people with special needs in sport and education
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, visited special needs people, Dhi Qar province Wednesday 7/2/2018.
His eminence hailed the uniqueness of people with special needs in various venues, including education, sports and other aspects, indicated that the disability are in minds not in body .
called on governmental and non-governmental institutions to pay attention to those with special needs people and to claim their rights, stressed that the most basic rights are to observe their needs in buildings, streets and all infrastructure, and to protect those rights.
