His eminence called to choose the best candidates of whom has a vision, plan and a team for construction and reconstruction, indicated the importance of providing solutions and mechanisms of implementation without the complaints shown by a number of sides when presenting their projects.
His eminence highlighted the victories achieved on the political, military and social levels, pointed out that building a strong state is the fourth challenge that must be won in the next phase, praised the roles played by al-Haidariya sub-district in fighting the former regime, confronting terrorism and responding to the religious authority call.
