Head of the Reform and Reconstruction Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad, received Japanese Ambassador Naofumi Hashimoto and accompanying academic delegation Tuesday, 19/2/2019
His eminence with Hashimoto discussed ways to enhance relations between Iraq and Japan and the latest political situation in Iraq and the region.
His eminence stressed the importance of benefiting from the Japanese experience in order to achieve development and reform of the administrative system in Iraq, indicated that Iraq has the elements of comprehensive renaissance and needs the support of the international community to overcome challenges.
His eminence pointed to the changes witnessed by Iraq at the political, security, military and social levels, pointed Iraq's openness to everyone on basis of common interests.
