Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim with delegation of the Kurdistan Islamic Union to discuss relationship between Baghdad and Erbil and developments of political situation
Head of the Reform and Reconstruction Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad, met with the delegation of the Kurdistan Islamic Union headed by Mr. Salaheddine Bahaaeddin Sunday, 7/4/2019
His eminence with delegation discussed the relations between Baghdad and Erbil and adopting dialogue to resolve unsettled issues, and supporting the Iraqi government and that all are responsible for ending the situation of political stalemate in Iraq.
His eminence stressed the need to resolve the issues between Baghdad and Erbil, and invest the state of political calmness to reach solutions, indicated the need to give priority to the public interests over private interests.
His eminence renewed his support for the Iraqi government in implementing the government program for development and service , shouldering everyone the responsibility of ending the political stalemate, completing the government cabinet and appointing competent and honest ministers with high management capacities. And called on the Kurdish blocs for expeditious action to resolve the regional government issue, because of this positive impact on the Iraqi situation.
