    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim considers The Baghdad summit a step that enhances Iraq's openness to the regional neighbors

    Head of the Reform and Reconstruction Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, regarded convening Baghdad Summit of neighboring countries parliaments a step in the right direction that enhance the openness of Iraq to its regional neighbors.
    His eminence considered the summit an opportune opportunity to crystallize a new vision of relations, openness and cooperation, stressed that holding this deliberative forum at this sensitive and dangerous juncture witnessed by the region and the world, will guide the compass of the participating countries towards common visions and unified resolutions that support their positions in international forums in order to realize the rights of their peoples and other just causes of other peoples.
    His eminence hoped that the outcome of the meeting will yield practical passages that contribute to enhancing the efforts of Iraq, its brothers and friends on political, security, economic and development levels.
