Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim calls for a comprehensive strategy to keep the historic achievement of defeating Daesh
Marking the second anniversary of victory over the terrorist Daesh and announcing clearing and retaking the city of Mosul to the map of the country, Head of opposition Al-Hikma National Movement, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim called for a comprehensive strategy covering political, security, service and community aspects, especially in liberated areas, stressed the need to preserve the historic achievement, indicated that the victory, achieved by blessings and guidance, visions of the Supreme Religious Authority and its blessed Fatwa and parental care, and saluted heroes of Iraq, officers of security forces of various types and courageous Popular Mobilization Forces, tribal forces and Peshmerga, and also called the Iraqi government and the Council of Representatives to make this occasion a leap towards the journey of reconstructing liberated towns and cities liberators and a starting point for major development and service revolution.
