Head of the Al-Hikma National Movement, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, urged Turkey and Syria to hold urgent negotiations and constructive dialogues to stop military operations.
His eminence in a statement regarding security developments in northern Syria, indicated that Turkish military incursion is alerting amid warnings and fears issued by the United Nations against the return of the terrorist groups activities including Daesh , Al-Nusra and other groups. And pointed out that in order to maintain the security of this hot area, east of the Euphrates which is adjacent to the western borders of Iraq, the neighbor Turkey and the brotherly Syria are urged to accelerate holding constructive negotiations and dialogues to stop the military operations and spare the region further escalation.
