Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim condemns assassination and kidnappings of media professionals and activists by unknown sides
Head of the Al-Hikma National Movement, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, indicated that the right of expression is one of the alphabets of democracies in the world, noted that the Iraqi constitution guaranteed this right to all citizens, and expressed "from here we condemn the assassination and abduction of media professionals and activists by unknown sides.
His eminence in a tweet demanded the Iraqi government and security services to follow up this issue closely, stressed the need to disclose the sides behind these crimes and hold them accountable, and to transparently announce the judicial arrest warrants of accused persons to prevent exploitation of current circumstances by some sides for their own agendas.
