Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem congratulates IHCHR on obtaining the highest international classification

His Eminence Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, congratulated the Iraqi High Commission for Human Rights on obtaining the highest international classification.
His Eminence tweeted today, Wednesday, June 30, 2021, "We congratulate the High Commission for Human Rights for obtaining the highest international classification (A) by the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, which entails that Iraq enjoys full observer status in the Human Rights Council.”
His Eminence added, "This achievement came as a result of the diligent institutional work, as we encourage the Commission and its members to consolidate human rights as a societal culture and to shed light on the dark areas in our society and to develop solutions to them," stressing that "human rights are among the essential pillars of the democratic system to strengthen it and to expose the violations that the Iraqi citizen is being exposed and subjected to.”
