    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stresses solving the crisis between the Province and the federal government through dialogue and adherence to the constitution.

    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), stressed the necessity of solving the crisis between the Province and the federal government through dialogue, adherence to the constitution and the consensuses that agree are in harmony with the constitution. This came up during the meeting between His Eminence and Vice President Dr. Khdayyir al-Khuza`i at the latter's office in Baghdad on Monday, December 10, 2012.
    Both sides discussed the domestic and regional political situation and the affairs of the National Alliance. His Eminence stressed serving the citizen and getting ready for the elections in calm atmospheres that aim at building a state that serves the citizen and builds the homeland.
