Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives Dr. Barham Salih
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), received at his Baghdad office Dr. Barham Salih, deputy general secretary of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), on Thursday, December 13, 2012. Both sides discussed the regional and domestic situations and the necessity of ending the stalemate of the current crisis between the province and the federal government through dialogue and by seeking the arbitration of the constitution.
