Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim meets the representative of the religious authority in Basra
During his visit to Basra governorate, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), met on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 the representative of the religious authority (marji`iyya) in Basra governorate, His Eminence Sayyid Ali Abdul-Hakim al-Safi with whom he discussed the conditions in the country and the issues that concern the governorate.
His Eminence stressed the necessity of the officials exerting efforts to provide the best necessary services for the citizens of the governorate and to pay attention to improve the living and social reality.
