Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stresses the recommendations of the wise Marji`iyya (highest religious authority), the road map and the work constitution for resolving the political crisis in the country.
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), has stressed that the recommendations of the wise Marji`iyya must form the road map and the work canon for solving the political crisis through which they country is passing. During his meeting at his Baghdad office on Tuesday with Prof. Karrar al-Khafaji, head of the political board of the Office of Martyr al-Sadr (may Allah sanctify his soul), and the delegation accompanying him, he stressed necessity of calming matters down and defusing the current political crisis in addition to the need to speed up its solution. Both sides stressed during the talks the consensus of their viewpoint in characterizing the seriousness of the conditions through which the country is passing and determining the means to speed up putting an end to them and to find solutions for them.
