Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, has stressed the necessity of holding the elections in all governorates of Iraq on time, emphasizing the necessity of the government reconsidering its decision to postpone the elections in both Anbar and Nineveh governorates.
