Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), shared the Iraqis' joys on the occasion of electing the governorate councils on Saturday, April 20, 2013. His Eminence voted at one of the polling centers in the Karrada area, regarding elections as a kind of worship, urging the Iraqi people to adhere to the directives of the religious Marji`iyya (highest religious authority) by actively participating and choosing those who are honest and competent within the honest and competent slate.
