    In a Meeting with a Delegation from the State of Law Coalition, Sayyid Ammar-al Hakim Says all the Winning Forces Must Participate in the Elections and no One should be Marginalized or Excluded

    In a meeting with a delegation from the State of Law Coalition, namely Khaled al-Attieh and Haydar al-Abadi, in His Eminence's office in Baghdad on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Superior Council of Iraq, maintained that all the winning forces must participate in the provincial council elections in order to form a strong, coherent team that works with one single platform for the next period, and that no small or big party would be marginalized or excluded.
    During the meeting, viewpoints were exchanged concerning the situation in the country, mainly the formation of the provincial councils, where both sides declared their support for efficient local government intended to be of good performance, act in the public interest and be able to achieve projects and offer services to the citizens.
    Committees were also created between both sides to closely follow up the joint activities that meet the needs of each Iraqi province.
