Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Receives the Ambassador of Germany in Iraq
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received Monday 3/6/2013 in his office in Baghdad her Excellency, Brita Wagener, the Ambassador of Germany in Iraq.
During the meeting, both sides have discussed the bilateral relations and how to develop them and reinforce collaboration between both countries, not to mention the current international and regional developments.
For her part, the Ambassador of Germany conveyed the greetings of her government to Sayyid al-Hakim, saying her country and the European Union appraise the pivotal role and diligent efforts of his Eminence to resolve the current crisis Iraq is facing.
