Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Receives the Undersecretary of the Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nizar Khairallah
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received Thursday, 27/6/2013, in his office in Baghdad the undersecretary of the Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nizar Khairallah, stressing the need that the Iraqi institutions assume their responsibilities when Iraq is freed from the penalty of the clause 7 imposed by the United Nations.
