The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed the need to provide the best services to the citizens of the capital Baghdad, indicating that the provincial councils are in fact service councils that should be kept away from political conflicts, and calling for not marginalizing any party. This came when His Eminence received the governor of Baghdad Mr. Ali Al Tamimi in his Baghdad office on Thursday, 11/7/2013.
For his part, the governor of Baghdad praised the visions of Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim articulated around the need to provide the best services to the citizens of Baghdad.
