During the Visit of the Minister of Education, Mohammed Tamim, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses the Need to Enhance the Current Education System
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed the need to make efforts in order to enhance the education system in Iraq by developing the infrastructure and updating the curricula in a way that is compatible with the advanced education in the world. He also underlined the necessity of putting an end to the double learning hours and the lack of school buildings. This came during the visit of the Minister of Education, Mohammed Tamim, to his Eminence, in the latter's office in Baghdad Monday, 22/7/2013.
His Eminence stressed the need to upgrade the education level with all means, and to give special care for teachers and provide a decent life for them.
For his part, the Minister of Education acclaimed the suggestions of Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, concerning the education sector, saying his Eminence always shows concern for the this sector.
