The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed the need to support the independence of the Iraqi judiciary, indicating that one of the most important things that distinguish the new Iraq is the principle of separation of powers, insisting on the necessity to change the security plans and promote the services provided to Iraqi citizens.
This came when His Eminence was receiving Deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Saleh Al Matlak, in his Baghdad office on Tuesday, 13/8/2013,
Both sides discussed the political developments in Iraq, as well as the security events that have hit the Iraqi provinces.
