    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Calls on the Local Government of Wasit to Take the Initiative and Launch an Administrative Revolution That Ends the Routine and Bureaucracy


    The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, called on the local government of Wasit to take the initiative and launch an administrative revolution that ends the routine and bureaucracy, stressing the need to associate the administrative revolution with a voluntary revolution. His Eminence explained the importance of benefitting from students accomplished in management and investing in the administrative field, for it is a fruitful investment indeed. This came during the meeting of His Eminence with the provincial council of Wasit at the local government headquarter in Al Kut on Saturday 21/9/2013.
    His Eminence stated that success needs commitment to its principles and agreement on the constants and the principles of team work, calling to benefit from the Citizen Bloc’s electoral program because it is built on scientific foundations. He also insisted on the importance of structured planning that leads to success through taking into account the priorities and looking for permanent not temporary solutions. His Eminence urged the attendees to devote their time to serving citizens and stay away from political conflicts, calling to benefit from the international experiences and companies to advance the level of services and programs in the province of Wasit. He finally called to use the capacities in Wasit and to be open to them, especially to the emigrant capacities.
