Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the necessity of providing the best services and looking after the citizens’ interests where smoothness, rapidity and quality are ensured. This came during a meeting held on Monday, 14/9/2013, in his office in Baghdad between his Eminence and Al Diwaniyah Governor, Ammar al Madani. Sayyid al-Hakim also discussed with the latter the difficulties facing the local government in the province in terms of services and investment, as well as the security situation. For his part, Al Diwaniyah governor praised the electoral platform of Al Muwattin movement which is the top strategic goal related to the service of the citizens, considering such goal as one of the common points that will unite the efforts, plans and programs put in place by the local governments in the provinces  for the service of the citizens.
