Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Receives the Governor of Basra and Discusses with Him the Service Reality in the Province
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, discussed the service reality in Basra province as well as the future reconstruction plans and projects for the infrastructures in the different domains in order to provide stability and welfare to all citizens of Basra.
This came during a meeting between Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim and the governor of Basra, Mr. Majed Nasrawi, in his Eminence’s office in Baghdad, on Monday, October 28, 2013.
His Eminence showed the governor the plans proposed for contracting with specialized companies for the execution of the projects necessary for the welfare and development of the province, saying the first steps were made to establish Basra Housing Bank which provides comfortable residence for Basra citizens.
