In the Second Night of the Month of Muharram, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Stresses the Importance of Strategic Vision to Address the Crises

The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed that a strategic vision is the way to address problems and crises, considering such vision as tantamount to the insight that Hussein (AS) and his companions had. His Eminence explained the lack of insight is one of the most serious challenges that the Iraqi and Arab society is facing, hence the state of improvisation, chaos and unstudied stances, indicating that insight enables a person to take the right decision in the right time. This came in a speech delivered by his Eminence in the second night of the Month of Muharram during a mourning assembly held by in his Eminence’s office in Baghdad, Wednesday, November 6, 2013. His Eminence highlighted that a strategic vision is linked to the organization of the daily life and that a nation who possesses insight will not fail nor be reluctant, for it has envisioned its course. He also affirmed that insight is a recipe that Islam provided to solve problems, adding that terrorists do not have any honor or courage; they are simply the prolongation of the murderers and enemies of Hussein (AS). He finally indicated that Hussein (AS) has upheld the message of life and sacrifice for the life of others, calling to benefit from the historic experiences and learn from the lessons.
