During the 5th Night of Muharram, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Warns Youth Against Desperation and Frustration and Calls Them to Fight Their Whims
The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, warned the Iraqi youth against desperation and frustration for they lead to uncontrolled acts, indicating that the difficulties of life may frustrate them and calling them to fight their whims. This came during the 5th night of the month of Muharram in the mourning assembly held in his Eminence's office in Baghdad on Saturday 9/11/2013. His Eminence explained that insight is one of the constant traits of Imam Hussein (AS) and his household, underlining that insight is an essential characteristic for the success of the individual and the group. He added that human dignity resides in turning from sin, pointing out that a disbeliever suffers melancholy, the cure of which is faith.
