Stressing the Need to Strengthen Relations Between Iraq and the European Union, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Receives the EU Delegation
The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al hakim, received in his office in Baghdad, Tuesday 12/11/2013, the EU delegation. His Eminence stressed the need to strengthen the relations between Iraq and the European Union, highlighting that the new Iraq is open and seeking to promote its relations with everyone.
From their part, representatives of the delegation affirmed that their meeting with Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim was fruitful, reiterating the EU’s support to Iraq and its democratic project.
